I hope that everyone enjoyed their Labor Day. Did you know that the founder of Labor Day has been a contested issue for some time between Peter J. McGuire and Matthew Maguire? Research seems to support that Matthew Maguire serving as Secretary of the Central Labor Union in New York on September 5, 1982 adopted a Labor Day proposal and appointed a committee to plan a demonstration and picnic.
I would also like to thank you for your support as my business continues to grow. I am never too busy to assist you, your family, and business associates with their real estate needs. Your business and referrals are greatly appreciated. Though the market is slightly down and it has some of my fellow Realtor associates throwing in the towel, I have experienced growth in my business by over 20%.
