Driving through Kingwood, TX today, I was nearly run off the W. Lake Houston Pkwy. bridge by a driver texting on their cell phone.  Though I swerved to avoid a potential accident and applied a great amount of pressure to my car horn, the driver continued down the road in complete disregard and more than likely completely unaware of anything going on around their bubble. 

When my heart rate recovered to a normal level and I wiped the sweat from my brow, I thought this must be what a home buyer or home seller feels when their Realtor does not provide communication.  A feeling of complete disregard and a sense of unawareness forms in the mind of home buyers and home sellers when communication lacks in the client/Realtor relationship.  When communication does not exist in the client/Realtor relationship a potential “wreck” may loom on the horizon.

So go with a Realtor that “steers” clear of those potential “wrecks”.  Choose a Realtor that values communication as it will be a benefit for you through the home buying or home selling process.

Attending the team meeting this morning at the Keller Williams Realty NE office in Kingwood, Texas, I had the opportunity to listen to local business owners talk about their products and services offered to area residents. 

Kingwood Nutrition located on Woodlands Hills in Kingwood, TX spoke of the opportunity for area residents to sign up for the The Kingwood Weight Loss Challenge.  It is a weight loss opportunity that may even result in gaining money.  You can register for 6 to 12 week course for only $39.00.  What do you get for this very reasonable fee?  You will have your own personal wellness coach, a FREE personal appointment with body analysis including meal plans, group support, and FREE nutrition information each week.  You will also have the opportunity for FREE tasty samples and prizes plus a chance to win a Hawaiian Vacation!

Kingwood TX Move Theatre - Starplex Cinemas | Grand Opening June 18th 2010

My wife and I were fortunate to attend a VIP event last night at the new Starplex movie theatre located in Kingwood TX at HWY 59N and Northpark.  Starplex Cinemas Kingwood TX is a state of the art, 14 screen, all digital movie theatre. Community members had the opportunity to pick from a selection of movies and tryout some of the great concessions.  The staff was very friendly and personable making it a terrific experience.  My wife and I chose to watch How to Train Your Dragon in 3D.  The 3D effects were incredible. 

The Starplex movie theatre in Kingwood, TX also features a Intense Digital Experience (IDX) auditorium.  You will be pleasantly surprised with your visit to this local movie theatre.  Tickets can be purchased at the theatre or online.  Be sure if you purchase tickets online that you buy them through the Starplex Cinemas website.  The cost of the tickets online are the same as if you were paying for admission at the ticket counter.  There are no handling fees.
